Rick has 32 years of experience in real estate specializing in farms, investment land, commercial properties, and multifamily properties. Prior to this, he was a grain and livestock farmer for many years before earning his Real Estate Broker’s license in 1989. His farming experience enables him to apply his extensive knowledge of land and soil types to his profession.
